Let the Music Play is 17" x 17".  Kit includes fabric for the top and binding - all from my Grandpa's Journal fabric collection.
 
Have you tried the Bloc Loc rulers? I use them in almost every quilt I make and just love them.  For this quilt, I used the Flying Geese 1" x 2" ruler.  This ruler is NOT required, just recommended, because they are so helpful!
