If you want to use up scraps, no matter how small - this is the pattern for you! The idea for Size Does Matter came from an antique quilt that I fell in love with at a quilt show. For a couple of years after that, each time I made a new quilt, I cut some 1" strips to make nine patches. One day I decided it was time to make this quilt!
