Ruth's Garden is 62" x 79".  Kit includes fabric for the top and binding. 
 
Have you tried the Bloc Loc rulers? I use them in almost every quilt I make and just love them.  For this quilt, I used the 2 1/2" Half Square Triangle.  This ruler is NOT required, just recommended, because it's so helpful!
